18V Battery Powered e-Bike Conversion Kit.

Designed and manufactured in Taiwan.

This is the only innovative product in the  e-bike market.

The battery is easy to install and remove.

This is a design for an e-bike conversion kit that uses 18V tool batteries. The battery is placed under the saddle and attached to a battery holder. The motor, built into the front wheel, assists while riding. This design leverages existing battery technology to provide efficient assistance. A major advantage of this e-bike conversion kit is the battery compatibility and ease of transport. It's also convenient for everyday commuting and shopping, making it highly suitable for use in urban areas or hilly regions.

Pedal Type:

Once the battery is installed, the eKITS is already on standby. When you start pedaling, the electric assist activates.

18V Tool Battery

In daily commuting and leisure rides, electric-assist bicycles have become an essential mode of transportation for many people. However, whether purchasing a completed e-bike or adding an e-bike conversion kit, there may be some issues with battery replacement in the future. For example, problems such as the discontinuation of production by manufacturers, models changed, or high replacement costs can be major concerns for consumers. To address these challenges, our eKITS team in Taiwan has developed an e-bike conversion kit that can use standard 18V tool batteries. This innovative design allows users to easily purchase and replace batteries without relying on manufacturer-specific batteries, resolving transportation issues related to battery restrictions.

Can my bicycle be fitted with eKITS?

Most bicycles, 90% of them, can be fitted with eKITS. Front fork width: 100mm, rear fork width: 135mm. Fork Dropout: 10mm. If there are slight differences, eKITS package usually comes with spacers and washer to aid installation.

What wheel size to choose?

Your bicycle tires have their “tire size” marked on the sidewall, which can be used as a reference when purchasing eKITS. Generally, the size is marked on the wheels we ship, for example: 26×1.5. Usually, it is also compatible with 26×1.25 or 26×1.75 tires. Other sizes follow the same pattern.

Available:406/451/24/26/700c

Choose front or rear wheel eKITS?

Our 18V eKITS is designed for urban commuting and is suitable for all ages, prioritizing smooth handling. Therefore, there is no significant difference in riding feel between front and rear wheel. Relatively speaking, the front wheel is easier to install and remove, making DIY easier and simplifying future tire replacements.

# eKITS rear type:Freewheel.

Can disc brakes be installed?

Yes, the wheelset is compatible with C/V rim brakes, and disc brakes with a standard 6-hole design.

#When installing disc brakes, always use the original nuts that came with the eKITS wheelset. Using excessively long nuts will damage the motor. (MAX: 8mm)

Is it made with a motor from mainland China?

Our self-made brushless motors use Taiwanese materials for the silicon steel sheets, enameled wire, and plastics. They are manufactured using Taiwanese equipment and produced locally in Taiwan.
